We offer the following shipping options at checkout, depending on your location:

For customers in the Netherlands, we offer next-day delivery on all in-stock items.
Place your order before 15:00 (3:00 PM) on a business day, and we’ll deliver it the next day.
Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, or free gifts.
Items that are final sale, personalized, or made-to-order are not eligible for return unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pirloni.com with the following:
Your full name and order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for the return
Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please contact us at info@pirloni.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
